Court Declares Bankruptcy of Ukraine Minerals, with Investohills Helianthus Holding Creditor’s Claims, among Others
On December 27, 2022, the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Commercial Court declared Ukraine Minerals LLC bankrupt and opened the liquidation procedure (Case No. 904/9264/21), as reported by Finbalance.
On August 31, 2022, the court registered the claims of creditors, including claims of Investohills Helianthus, a fund managed by Investohills Group, to the tune of UAH 23.7 million secured by the pledge of the debtor’s assets.
The bankruptcy proceedings against Ukraine Minerals LLC were opened on December 20, 2021.
The UMIN (Ukraine Minerals) Group was linked to Dmytro Vyzghalov, a businessman from Dnipro. However, the state register names Yevhen Kossov as the company’s ultimate beneficiary.
On September 5, 2022, the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Commercial Court, while examining case No. 904/9266/21 of UMIN LLC’s bankruptcy, recognized creditor’s claims held by Investohills Helianthus Fund to the tune of UAH 604.9 million (assigning it to priority group 4).
