The fund Investohills Helianthus within the framework of the implementation of the investment project closed another transaction for the acquisition of a portfolio of assets
On 02.06.2021, the “Investohills Helianthus” fund completed the execution of another transaction for the acquisition of the portfolio of distressed assets of PJSC “Diamantbank”, which was implemented by the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals, based on the results of the auction as part of the withdrawal of the insolvent bank from the financial services market. The size of the portfolio of distressed assets amounted to more than $ 4.6 million.
As we previously reported, a group of investors from the European Union, the United States and the Ukrainian financial group “Investohills” have formed the “Investohills Helianthus” fund to invest in Ukrainian projects in the field of problem debt settlement. The size of the fund, attracted investments in the field of problem debt settlement, amounted to more than $ 100 million.
As of today, the “Investohills Helianthus” fund has closed transactions for the acquisition of portfolios of problem debt of liquidated banks, totalling more than UAH 18 billion, which included the rights of claims of such banks as “VTB”, “Rodovid Bank”, “Financial Initiative” and already “Diamantbank”.
