FC “Investohills Vesta” acquired the right to claim the pool of loans of Fidobank from the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals
On March 16, 2021, following the results of an open auction organized by the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals for the sale of a pool of distressed assets of a number of banking institutions recognized as insolvent, FC “Investohills Vesta” acquired the status of a “new creditor” on the basis of an Agreement on the Acquisition of the right of claim signed with PJSC “Fidobank”. The auction was held on the Dutch model of the auction on the electronic platform “Prozorro”.

FC “Investohills Vesta” is launching the procedures provided by law for the recovery of a particular settlement of problem debt of the borrowers to PJSC “Fidobank”.
