The Northern Economic Court of Appeal ordered Taras Barshchovsky (the founder of T. B. Fruit) to pay UAH 2 billion of the debt of FC “Investohills Vesta” LLC
The financial company “Investohills Vesta” has once again confirmed its reputation as an effective manager NPL.
As part of the work on debt collection from the T. B. Fruit Group of companies, on August 17, 2020, the Northern Economic Court of Appeal decided to issue an order to enforce the decision of the Arbitration Court to recover from the group’s beneficiary Taras Barshchovsky as a guarantor of the debt in the amount of 75 million euros.
The legality of the decision was confirmed by the Supreme Court in its decision of February 25, 2021.
